Powder River Office Supply has not charged any handling fees or shipping charges for over 30 years.

What is Powder River's Return Policy?

If you encounter a problem with an item or product that you have purchased from us, just call (307)682-4522, 8:00-5:00, weekdays. We will be glad to pick the item up.  Merchandise has a 30 day, no questions asked policy (for items over 30 days, please contact customer service).  Once the merchandise is received at Powder River Office Supply, it is quickly processed.  It may take up to 7-10 working days before you will receive your credit memo.
